Return and Refund Policy

A return or exchange is accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or different product than what you ordered.

There is no return or exchange on customized/personalized products

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you experience either of the above issues for return and exchange/replacement.

Replacement requests for damages or manufacturing defects has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Request you to mandatorily take a unboxing video in order to raise a return or exchange request.

Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days 

Refund policy
If a return and refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
